Whether it is restoring a cherished family heirloom or creating a lampshade from a vintage frame, I guide you through its creation in order to shape an elegant and timeless atmosphere that delicately enhances the traces of time.
A true adornment of light, each lampshade is conceived as a work of art and handcrafted with great care, in keeping with the style and emotion you wish to bring into it.
My work is both sensitive, meticulous, and deeply artistic, offering entirely unique bespoke lampshades, faithfully created to reflect your desires and personal aesthetic.
✦ Production time is generally between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on my current workload. If you wish to receive your lampshade for a specific date, please feel free to let me know; I may sometimes be able to adapt my schedule to accommodate your request.

CREATION PROCESS
The creation of a bespoke lampshade is carried out remotely through a guided process (I do not have a showroom and do not receive clients at my home, as it is exclusively dedicated to my work).
We begin by defining together the desired shape and dimensions for your future lampshade. If you have images or references, they will be incredibly helpful in allowing me to understand your sensibility and aesthetic preferences.
I then guide you towards the most suitable shapes among the vintage frames I currently have available. If none perfectly match your expectations, I can also source a frame specifically for your project (I work exclusively with antique frames, and each piece is therefore entirely unique).
In a second step, I invite you to share the colours, textures, and materials you are drawn to, after which I carefully select fabrics that harmonise with both your interior and the atmosphere you wish to create.
The fabrics I work with are primarily antique textiles or one-of-a-kind discoveries, and therefore do not constitute a permanent stock, with the exception of my taffeta and satin crêpe bases.
Once these elements have been defined, I create a detailed sketch of your lampshade, which can then be refined together until fully approved.
The proposed shapes and fabrics are therefore presented through photographs and detailed visual renderings, allowing you to envision the final result as faithfully as possible.
